On the top of the HELP CENTER click on summit a ticket if on mobile click the menu ( 3 little horizontal lines) On any website online if you see the universal 3 horizontal lines it means menu.
Make sure your logged in first and just look in your Account Settings on the STORE for My Tickets
Enter your email and describe the issue your having. Most questions can be answered by searching or browsing the FAQ section.
