Shipments with no update or taking a long time
We do not have any control over the post office. Once we drop a package off it is out of our hands. Once a package is shipped and dropped off you get a shipment email. ( didn't get a shipment email try logging into your account and look under your current order for all details on that order including a tracking number). See here for how to do that
If your package doesn't move for a day or two it doesn't mean you will never get it. Please be patient and remember we got it in the mail on time.
Every time we have seen no tracking updates or it just says label made or picked up the package will be delivered. Either it got moved onto a plane without a scan, issue with barcode or something else.
If a package hasn't moved for longer than 7 days contact us and let us know it's been 7 days since it has shipped.
WE DO NOT PRINT SHIPPING LABELS AND NOT SHIP A PACKAGE THAT DAY!!! IF YOU GOT A TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR SHIPMENT EMAIL IT HAS 100% SHIPPED. Meaning we have dropped it off at a USPS location. We do this everyday. Some companies do not. They get the customer a quick tracking number and then hold off shipping until the next day. WE DO NOT DO THAT.

Shipments that show on tracking they are in the wrong state
Once in awhile USPS can put the package on the wrong plane. So it heads in another direction, once it lands it will normally get back on the correct plane and start heading toward your delivery address. This seems to happen a lot. We are very sorry again we have no control over it. You can call USPS and try and get details or inquire but chances are you will never get a live person and if you do they can not tell you anything. It just means the package is delayed and will take a few extra days to get to you.
We ship to the address listed in the Shipping Address box at the time of order in checkout. We did NOT ship the package to some other state. Every time we have seen this the package is delivered just takes some extra time. We are not able to just ship out another package because USPS rerouted the shipment for a few days. You will get it we just ask you are patient and give it some extra time. You can follow the tracking to get any updates as they appear.

Shipments that say Delivered
If you received a tracking updated that said delivered and you checked your mailbox and it wasn't there it's possible the update was false. The package could show up the next day. We have seen this happen.
Your package could of been delivered to a neighbor. If you know your neighbors wouldn't hurt to ask.
Is possible someone stole the package out of your mailbox. If you have a secure mailbox this is less likely to have occurred.
The first step is to verify you gave us the correct address including a suite or apt # if you have one. We only ship to what was left in the shipping address box in checkout. This is all in your order details.
Most cases a delivered package that isn't there is just a false tracking update. Instead of being scanned to the local post office it is scanned to show delivered. So it will show up the next day ( We have seen this happen many many times ).
To be safe we ask the customer to leave a note in the mailbox saying a package showed delivered and you never got it. A printout of the tracking # from usps's website showing delivered helps the postal employee. If they put it in the wrong box they might remember delivering a package from the day before or of someone got it by mistake and put it back in the their mailbox.
Most packages are sent in a padded usps priority envelope or if you ordered first class a white padded envelope. If the order was large like a kilo or bottles, ect.. then a usps priority flat rate box was used.
We want you to get your package and update all the way to your door but we have ZERO control over it after it leaves our hands. It's sucks, we know but what can we or you do? You can call the post office but that will get you nowhere. Trust us, it's a waste of time we have done this many times over the last 5 years. They can miss place packages during the millions of packages they move a day sometimes. 99% of the time packages move to the final destination just fine.
