How do we contact you?

You can use the chat box on the bottom left of the site or email us by creating a support ticket. If you have an order made and it's regarding a new order you can also create a support ticket in your account on the store HERE. 

Please don't email us from a aol, hotmail or yahoo email also cox or att emails. Chances are you won't get our reply. If you do please whitelisted us once you find our email in your junk/spam folder.

Gmail email is always best to use. 

We are normally around during our business hours M-F 9am to 5pm PST but do a mail drop off at the end of the day 4:30pm.

We are off on the weekends and orders ship in the order they came in on Mondays. Monday is normally the only day that orders don't ship same day but that depends on if we are throwing a sale and have many orders in front of us.
