The shipping address that was put down in checkout is where your order is being sent to. If you realize an issue or typo AFTER you ordered and are trying to change it in your account settings that DOES NOT update the order.
Once you place an order with a shipping address it is on there and changing your ship to in my account only uses that ship to address by default the next time you are in checkout trying to place another order.
That is why it is important to also make sure the shipping address is correct and the apt or suite number if needed is added when checking out.
You can contact us right away to see if the order hasn't been shipped yet but we do not guarantee we can change it in time. In that case you would need to contact your local post office with tracking number or make arrangements on your end to try and get the package. If the package is returned we can reship for an additional shipping fee to the correct address.
As you can imagine in the past we have been blamed because a customer "emailed" and said they want it to another address and it was during our business hours, but the above is what is in the terms and conditions that were agreed to when checking out. This is pretty standard on any online website when ordering. Assuming your reading this you have made a mistake on the shipping address, just go to your account settings and make a ticket or here in the help center if it's possible we will try and update it but can not guarantee it will be possible.
