Three things could have happened.
You just ordered and we need a little time to 1) see the order 2) manually send you the payment info. Please allow for at least an hour to send you the info.
and/or
Your email has blocked ours and our email is in your spam folder or blocked by your email provider all together. You can whitelist our email or add us as a contact in your address book to help prevent this.
and/or
It is after business hours and we haven't seen your order yet and emailed you the payment request or details. Please remember we are on the west coast and our hours are 9am-5pm M-F. PST
If you log in and go to your account you can see the current order status and any info or notes related to your order. This is the best way to know what is going on. Anytime we email you it will show the notes about it in My Orders
You can also look at your support tickets which show emails from us. Under My Tickets in your account settings.
