NEW never contacted support before
If you are a new support customer and have never contacted us before and never received a support ticket you will need to sign up and create an account.
Even if you have ordered many times in the past from our "Store" the support part of our website is a different platform and database. Please click Sign In and then click Sign Up.
If you have contacted support before
You can just enter the email you used when contacting support and just create a password. Click on Sign Up and then reset password. Enter your email and if you have an email in the system then you will get a link sent to your email to reset/create a password.
Few things to know:
The "Store" which is the add products to cart site and the "support/community forum" are not connected. We value your privacy and take security very seriously. This is why they are not connected. They are separate platforms and databases. So your email and password you use on the store is not automatically setup on the support/community forum.
It is best to just use the same email to help keep things simple. Signing up on the support/community is not mandatory at the time of this writing. It is recommended so you can keep track of your support ticket history and have your profile set when posting.
You can set profile picture, Bio and other personalize content in your account.
