If your order just shipped the tracking number is not going to update right away. It might only say "Label Created" We drop off all packages at the post office at 5pm. Normally once they are scanned and flight out of Portland that night the tracking will update and change.
If you log into your account and look at the current order you will find a tracking option. That option might show error no info found if your order just shipped takes a bit for usps to update. Once the package gets scanned by USPS as it fly's out of town it normally updates.
#1 Select your Order in "My Account settings"
#2 Click on View to see the Order info
#3 Click Order Shipments
#4 Click Track this Shipment to get tracking number and update.
clicking track this shipment will open a popup window to view current shipping info. You can take the USPS number and go to USPS website if you like to add your email with USPS and get email updates. USPS tracking site is here https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action
