checkout just showing a blank screen

We just solved a checkout issue that was a core magento 2 problem. A patch was applied from github https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/23908

This is issue is still happening to any customers please contact us with details of problem, device being used, how to replicate, sign in or not first before going to checkout, ect.. the more details the better anytime we have to troubleshoot.
