We have given a lot of info about when we ship, how long it takes to ship, which shipper carrier we use and what's going on with your order.

also every single product on the website has a tab called "shipping" which shows this information.
Once we receive an order and payment has been made and the order is invoiced then it is line to be shipped. The orders ship out in the order they are received ( by order # ). We know everyone wants the package ASAP and the shipping dept. works hard to get them out as such. Once you receive a shipment email the order has been shipped. We don't make shipping labels so the customer just gets something and then ship the next day. Most shipments happen later in the day as our cutoff time is 4:30pm PST.
In the rare occasion if you made payment and more than 3 BUSINESS days go by and in your account you don't see a shipment please contact us with details like Order# and proof of payment. Some 3rd party payment processors can put a hold or extra processing time on a payment meaning we haven't seen the payment email from them yet or there is an issue.
