How do I leave a review for your product?

On each product page there is a tab called "reviews". Make sure your logged in first. Go to the product page of the product you bought and want to leave a review. Click on the reviews tab. If logged in you will be able to add a review and upload an image if you like. 

So for example if you want to leave a review for TKS Red Powder sizes 30g - 500g then you would go here:

If you purchased a Kilo of TKS Red then that is under the Kilos category and TKS Red shown here:

If you purchased a 3 strain sample pack and TKS Red was one of the samples you got then you would have to leave a review here: https://thekratomsyndicate.com/3-kratom-strain-sample-pack-out-of-stock.html

If you want to leave a review for TKS Red capsules then you would have to go to the TKS Red capsule product page here: https://thekratomsyndicate.com/buy-tksred-kratom-capsules.html

What ever product you added to your cart and checked out with ( purchased ) then the site will only let you leave a review for the actual product page the item was purchased on.

If you bought a sample pack 3 or 5 strain, then you have to go to that sample pack product page and leave the review, not under the main product page for 30g to 500g or under the kilo for that product. 

If you got a free sample tossed in and didn't purchase a sample pack then you can't leave a review. On the website to leave reviews it will only recognize what was actually purchased on your account and allow a review to be made. 

You can also use the search box on the top of the stores site to quickly find a product. 

*Please note TKS has no control over the reviews left and is published by a 3rd party. The review is the responsibility and ownership of the reviewer and not TKS.
