I just received an invoice for a COD order I have already received and paid for a few weeks ago

There is not a duplicate being sent out. Once we receive payment from the post office the order is then marked complete and is Invoiced.

That is what happened and why you received that to let you know we got your Money Order for the COD, yes it takes weeks or months sometimes to get paid for a COD.
