Either the order hasn't shipped ( is it a weekend? Is there a Holiday? Like you ordered Friday evening and Monday is a holiday order won't ship till Tuesday normally, ect..)

Order shipped but our shipment email was blocked or went to spam folder. If using Yahoo, AOL, LIVE and some other providers they do that for no good reason. Please check your SPAM / JUNK folder in your email client for our emails.
You can also do the below to see tracking and order status
Log In to your account on our store website, go to My Account. Click on ORDERS, select the order VIEW ORDER, Then the ORDER SHIPMENTS TAB, then click TRACK SHIPMENT. You will get a popup with shipping info. See Below.
