Some of the ways I have read to give the leaf more potency definitely work for me. The ones I have tried are grapefruit juice on an empty stomach, which is most effective for me. I also take magnesium for health reasons which also seems to help. Magnesium also helps with digestion if that is an issue. The other one I like is chamomile tea and some apple cider vinegar. I also tried the turmeric blend but only twice. I have not tried akkuama seeds if anyone has any feedback on any other potentiators feel free to share. Thanks in advance for any replies
